Modern stylish fan

The unit was easy to assemble and had all the fittings necessary to assemble it. The fan is powerful and the motor is silent at lower levels and almost silent at full power. The dimmable led light has a lot of options and is very effective and easy to control from the remote. The whole unit looks very attractive and trendy.
Quiet fan, easy to operate.

This is exactly as described and is a great fan. Went together easily and instructions were clear. Looks great too.

nearly silent on its lowest setting....but a faffy fit. I didnt use the ceiling rod and had to cut the wires to be able to get them inside the ceiling rose. It was still very tight and needed two of us to get it in place. Very happy, but i hope i never havevto move it.

Fan arrived promptly and the kit had been well thought out so no problem fitting it. It does what it says on the can.
Good Fan, Poor Control

Having just purchased the Propeller fan, I opted for another in our orangery. I chose the Neptune as it seemed to the same quality, however the remote is not the same. Although it controls the speeds of the fan, the light switch and dimming functions are difficult to use, sometimes hit and miss whether you can turn the light on at all. Other than that, the fan is as fantastic.

Already have a couple of these fans already (one 54" and one 44") so are familiar with them but this is our third bedroom.
Very happy with it - the LED light is a huge improvement on the old halogens. The unit seems a lot more stable too than the previous generation.
Very happy with it.

Your fan comes with all the fixings required as well as an easy-to-follow installation guide.
Installing a fan is similar to installing a light fitting. Simply wire into your existing lighting circuit (two core and earth). Connect the coloured wires of the fan to the matching coloured wires of your household electricity supply, following the coloured diagrams supplied in your guide.
For peace of mind, many people prefer to have their ceiling fans installed by a qualified electrician. Should you decide to do this, then rest assured, it should be a simple and quick job for them to do. For technical advice please call 08081684535 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: Your ceiling should be at least 7ft 6" (2.3m) from the floor and the tips of the fan need to be at least 8" (20cm) away from any objects such as a beam or sloping walls. Please check your ceiling is solidly constructed (eg: standard joists and plaster, not plasterboard) as the fixing point needs to be capable of supporting ten times the weight of the fan due to the thrust generated by the movement of the blades.
Everything you need to install the fan is included in the box. However, if you have a sloping ceiling you may need to purchase an additional mounting. If you have a very high ceiling you or a conservatory, you may need to purchase a drop rod and conversion kit.
